REGIG, LLC through its marketed Application REGIG (“Company” “REGIG” “Our” or “We”) respect(s) your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Application www.regig.com or download our Application from any source (“Application”) to view the content on the Application and/or utilize the interrelated “Interactive Services” on our Application which provides inputs for matching licensed real estate agents to perform certain services. This privacy policy covers our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

us offline or through any other means, including on any other Application operated by Company or any third party (even if there is an apparent or actual affiliation) and/or
any third party (including any affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any Application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Application and the interrelated platform.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Application or the interrelated platform. By accessing or using this Application and/or the Interactive Services contained therein, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this Application and/or the interrelated platform after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Children Under the Age of 13
This Application is offered and available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. Accordingly, our Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18 and especially under 13, please immediately exit this Application. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We May Collect About You on our Application and How We Collect It
If you access our Application, including but not exclusively, our Interactive Services, we may collect several types of information from and about users of our Application, including information:

Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
We know through our third party (either affiliated or not affiliated with REGIG) collecting data utilizing our Interactive Services for interactions between licensed or unlicensed real estate brokers and agents (which we do not regulate and/or determine the veracity of the information provided by any party in our course of commerce) that you are submitting information and that they are collecting information that you are providing, which will make you personally identified.
Information You Provide to Third Parties on our Platform
The information we collect on or through our Application may include:
Information that you provide by filling in forms using Interactive Services. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Interactive Services and/or posting information or material, or requesting further services. We or third-party vendors or affiliates on our Interactive Services platform may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us or a third party vendor or affiliate, and when you report a problem with our Application or Interactive Services platform.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses), if you contact us regarding your inputs on the Interactive Services platform.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Application, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
Details of your visits to our Application, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data, and the resources that you access and use on the Application.

Pages of our Application and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an e-mail and for other related Application statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain Application content and verifying system and server integrity).
We currently do not collect personal Information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us.

Some content or Applications, including advertisements, on the Application are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, service providers, and Application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Application. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different Applications and other online services. To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business.

To third parties as part of the services we provide and/or to market their products or services to you if you have consented to/not opted out of these disclosures.
To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you provide information regarding your Application which you believe was not processed, we can then check into the status and/or the issue.

With your consent, we may also disclose your personal information:

To enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. You can also always opt out by logging into the Application and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an e-mail stating your request to support@regig.io.
Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your e-mail address and/or other contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt out by emailing support@regig.io If we have sent you a promotional e-mail, you may send us a return e-mail asking to be omitted from future e-mail distributions. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Company through its Interactive Services provided on its platform.
Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our actual or potential advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt out by emailing support@regig.io
